FEE STRUCTURE:

At Body Be Great we believe that quality of time with our patients is paramount at each
and every appointment. We take the time to learn about your physical journey, conduct
comprehensive examinations and work together on what will best suit you when
designing your home-based programme
Our appointments are longer than most Physiotherapy clinics with a 1hour Initial
appointment and 30 minute follow up appointments to monitor your progress, in the long
run this will save you time and money

MEDICARE ENHANCED PRIMARY CARE PLAN (EPC) – 5 SESSIONS PER PERSON PER CALENDAR YEAR:

If your GP has provided you with an Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) you may be
eligible for up to 5 Physiotherapy consultations which entitles you to a Medicare rebate
as part of your fee.

As we do not bulk bill please note that there will still be a gap payment required as the Medicare rebate will reimburse you back only a portion of the session cost (approximately $52.95).
You will be required to pay the consultation fee up front.
Please bring with you your Medicare Card and a Savings/Cheque Account Debit Card so we can process your reimbursement. (This cannot be a credit card.) You will receive your reimbursement directly to your Savings/Cheque Account.

TYRO FACILITIES FOR PRIVATE HEALTH:

Bring your Private health card with you to your appointment for easy claiming through our TYRO terminal.
The amount reimbursed from your fund depends upon your level of cover.
If you require details of the exact amount please contact your fund prior to your appointment.
The remaining gap can be paid by EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard or Direct Deposit
