About Goshka
I'm a physiotherapist and an educator. Most days you'll find me in my clinic treating patients one on one and running rehabilitation exercise classes.
I believe we need to be active, engaged participants in our own healing. Expecting any part of the healthcare sector to solve every internal health problem only delays recovery and keeps us in the "sick care system" longer than necessary.
My mission and passion is to serve through teaching. I show people how to take care of their bodies and guide their physical recovery alongside any treatments prescribed, so they can take charge of their health and get back to living the life they love.

Every recovery starts with an initial appointment. From there, we choose the follow-up that suits your condition.

We recommend all new patients start with a 1-hour initial appointment. It gives you and your physiotherapist time to understand the whole picture, complete an examination, start treatment and put together a management plan.
If your condition is simple and only needs a 30-minute treatment, still book an initial appointment. You'll be charged accordingly.

Our standard follow-up to keep your recovery moving forward. For recurring issues, 30 minutes is more than enough.
60 min
For complex issues, or when two or more areas of the body need attention, we recommend a 60-minute follow-up.
We come to you
For homebound patients, we bring the care you need to the comfort of your own home. Each visit includes a home safety assessment to help prevent falls during your recovery.
Small groups · 4 to 8 people
Once your main problem is managed, these classes help rebuild a solid foundation for the activities you love. The focus is general strength, flexibility and specific muscle function.

Fees & rebates
At Body Be Great, quality time with you comes first at every appointment. Our 1-hour initial appointment and 30-minute follow-ups give us the time to do the job properly, and in the long run that saves you time and money.
Consultation fees are paid up front. We accept EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard and direct deposit. Private health claims are processed on the spot through our TYRO terminal.
Medicare rebates and GP referrals
Eligible patients with a current GP chronic condition management plan and a valid referral may be able to claim Medicare benefits for physiotherapy. Annual limits apply across eligible allied health services, and some earlier care plans remain valid under transitional arrangements.
Please ask your GP or our clinic to confirm your eligibility and the current rebate before booking. Read the current Medicare guidance from Services Australia.
We don't bulk bill. A gap payment applies, as Medicare reimburses only part of the session cost. Bring your Medicare card and a savings or cheque account debit card (not a credit card) so we can process your rebate straight back to your account.
Private health insurance
Bring your private health card to your appointment for easy claiming through our TYRO terminal. The amount your fund pays depends on your level of cover, so contact your fund before your appointment if you need the exact figure.
The remaining gap can be paid by EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard or direct deposit.
Workers' compensation and I.C.W.A. claims
We are not currently seeing insurance patients.
Cancellation policy
If you can't make your appointment, please phone the clinic at least 3 hours before your booking so we can offer the time to someone on our waiting list.
A $50 cancellation fee may be charged if you don't attend or don't give enough notice.
